Alignment Works offers packaged workshops that is adapted to each organisation. They are based on aligning our three main threads: Vision, Trust and Accountability.
These workshops were designed as a result of seeing a repetition of behaviours across a variety of workplaces.
It is easy to analyse deep rooted issues and look for the blame when instead, the underlying problem is centred in all or one of these three elements.
Vision
Working directly with trustees, CEOs and founders.
We help clarify/ rediscover the vision of the organisation and discuss how to get your teams onboard.
Trust
Trust is hard earned and easily lost.
Here we address the erosion of trust and how it can be built to become a bedrock to your environment.
Accountability
We learn accountability by being burnt or built by it.
We teach how to hold yourself and others to a set standard, in ways that are refreshing and clear.
We teach these values so they are absorbed organically and creatively into your culture. This is not a tick box exercise.
Workshops are designed to 'stand alone' or flow into each other. You can pick and choose what you want.
The workshops are inspired by the likes of Simon Sinek, Eric Berne, W.Timothy Gallwey, Brene Brown and more.
Most importantly they keep all elements of psychological safety central to the work. This is a culture we are addressing, how we do that is the fun part.
I guarantee you that you will be challenged, stretched and not lectured at. Modules are interactive, paced appropriately and my hope is that you carry these into all elements of life.
